The clouds have parted! We can see some sun, and there is no wind. It actually feels a little balmy, but in reality it is still only in the 50’s. That did not stop our kids from having a great summer day.
It began with water balloons with the neighbor kids, and turned into a sprinkler party. They pulled out swim suits, hooked up the sprinkler, and began to play in the freezing water.
Yes, it is only about the mid 50’s. In most places this would still mean jackets and warm clothing.
In Kodiak it means warm weather! Anyone ready to hit the beach?
